Return Policy and Money-Back Guarantee
We hope you receive benefit from BerbElite® and experience how important it is to your health. If you are not completely satisfied with our product, however, we offer a 100%, 100-day money-back guarantee on your first bottle purchased. Your original shipping costs will not be refunded.
PLEASE NOTE: Our 100% guarantee applies to purchases made online ONLY and excludes international orders. Products purchased through any of our distribution outlets is subject to their return terms and conditions.
MULTI-BOTTLE PURCHASES: As mentioned above our money-back guarantee applies to the first bottle purchased within 100 days of receipt. For purchases of multiple bottles, we will refund the first bottle per our policy. To refund any additional bottles as part of a multi-bottle purchase, the bottles must be shipped back to us unopened within 100 days of purchase. A USPS return shipping label can be provided however $6.99 will then be deducted from the total refund.
